Issue Tracker by eWorkplace Apps is a project-based issue tracking system. A user can create multiple projects here and define Project Managers for these projects. These Project Managers can then define users who would be working on these projects. Additionally, Project Managers can attach files, set notifications, and can customize the application to suit their business logic and work flow.
Frequently used project settings can be saved as a template which can then be used to create new projects faster. Existing projects can be cloned to create projects that have some or all of the issues, users and settings copied from the main project.
