The application automatically sends alerts, via emails or sms, to the user whenever there is activity in the project. The alert will provide details of the project activity and will also have a direct link to the issue for easy access. You can also updated your customers (external users) with the status of their issues or service requests through these alerts!
Let us see how it executes this!

  1. Select the activity for which the user is to be notified.
  2. Click the Recipient button and select the user(s).
  3. Alternatively, click on the Notify Now button to send notifications immediately to the desired users.
